Anna Wynne

Anna moved to Nelson from Scotland in 2021 to dive deep into Kootenay life with her family and SAR connections. She is an Architect and maker, with a construction, design and traditional craft background, she completed her Masters in London via a year in Vancouver, working on a diverse range of projects, before moving to rural Scotland in 2010 to renovate a 200-year-old farm steading, and start her own creative practice.  Anna brings together experience in design using modern sustainable construction methods, and a practical understanding of materials to produce thoughtful and carefully designed objects and spaces.

Natasha Carolan

Natasha is a product and furniture designer with a doctorate in innovation theory. Prior to moving to the Kootenays she spent much of her career in Ireland, London and Hong Kong working in the video games industry specifically custom, on demand manufacture of 3D printed toys. Natasha cares about how, why and where we produce things. She is interested in addressing issues of exploitation and over consumption that go hand in hand with mass production. She is interested in creating furniture and products and developing distributed manufacturing capabilities in Canada.
